EDR stands for Event Data Recorder — often referred to as a vehicle's “black box.” We use OEM-certified tools like Bosch CDR to extract data such as speed, brake application, seatbelt usage, and more during a crash.

Yes. When extracted and documented correctly using OEM tools, crash data is considered court-admissible. Our reports meet all forensic and evidentiary standards and are accepted by insurers, SAPS, and legal representatives.

We are a fully independent, private forensic firm. We work with insurers, SAPS, brokers, law firms, and loss adjusters, and maintain impartiality in every case.

We typically deploy investigators within 24 to 48 hours nationwide. For high-priority cases, same-day response is available in major metros.

Yes. We also investigate contents theft, GIT (goods in transit), stock losses, electrical equipment claims, and public liability matters.

Absolutely. Through a combination of scene analysis, data inconsistencies, damage profiling, and crash forensics, we can flag and document staged events or misrepresented claims.

We use OEM-level tools including Bosch CDR, Berla iVe, GIT GDS, VCDS, ISTA (BMW), Techstream (Toyota), Xentry (Mercedes-Benz), and many others — ensuring reliability and forensic integrity.

We are aware of non-oem accredited tools, such as Crash Scanning applications etc. These tools are not accredited and should not be used in making Expert opinions on matters.

Yes. Our senior analysts and Expert specialists are available to testify in legal and arbitration settings. Expert court attendance is included in many of our service tiers.
